Dear ASCE Families,
Next week on Wednesday, we will hold our first Lego Club after school. Lego Club will run for 4 weeks (1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8.) If your child is interested in participating and did not sign up through the Sports Interest form, please call the school office. Students who are participating will report to their assigned classroom after school. Students will be dismissed from Lego Club and will exit the building through the same doors they do for school dismissal. Please wait outside for your student, they will be dismissed at 4:00pm. Thank you to all our volunteers who have signed up to help with Lego Club, we are very happy we can run this program for our students.

Family Sports Passes
Family passes are available for purchase in the office for the ASCE basketball and volleyball season. They are $30.00 each and will get you and your immediate family into both the home and away games. Admission prices will be $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for students, per league rules for those without a pass.
Volunteers Needed
Home and school is providing ASCE with a Super Science Day on 1/30/2023!!! The Ann Arbor Hands On Museum is coming to our school! In order to host this super fun event we need volunteers! Please copy and paste this link or scan the QR code of the flyer that was sent home earlier this week, to sign up to volunteer. Basketball Schedule Change
There are a few changes to the basketball game schedule. On January 27, 2023, the girls blue team will not have a game and the boys blue team will begin at 5:30pm. Changes for the white team, the games will begin at 5:30 pm on 1/25/23, 2/1/23, and 2/6/23.
Cougar Club Raffle
The All Saints Cougar Club is hosting a Holiday Raffle. Tickets are $5.00 each and will get the chance to win a 55 inch smart tv, a 30 inch electric smoker, or a waterproof Bluetooth speaker. If you are interested, tickets are for sale in the elementary office or at ASC HS basketball home games. The drawing will be February 3, 2023 at the ASC Gym during the basketball game. The money raised goes toward tuition assistance or student programs.
Cold Weather Reminder
Please be sure your child(ren) is prepared everyday with the appropriate clothing for outside temperatures. The students go out-side daily for recess and/or gym. They are outside unless it is raining or the “feels like” temperature is below 10 degrees. If you are in need of any of these items please contact the school office.
Students need to wear the proper attire every day, such as:
• COATS
• BOOTS
• SNOWPANTS
• HATS
• GLOVES
Family Dance
ASCE Home and School is putting on a Family Dance!! A flyer went home this week with all the info. Please be sure to RSVP to ensure there will be enough food and refreshments. You don’t want to miss out on this wonderful family event! Please see details on the flyer below!
Illness Policy Reminder
If a student is ill with a fever (100.4 or higher) or vomiting, he/she must be fever/vomit free for 24 hours without the help of medicine before returning to school. If a student is out for 3 consecutive days, a Dr. note is needed for the student’s return to school.
Student of the Week: Due to the shortened week next week, there will not be Student of the Week.
