Explore at Elementary
Elementary school is a time of discovery, when students learn about many academic subjects for the first time. It’s an exciting stage; one of explosive growth and development. From P3 through grade 5, it’s all about connecting the dots; laying the foundation for future critical thinkers with Christ-centered formation and helpful learning tools. Students discover the person of Jesus which helps lay the foundation for a strong faith journey.
Mastering the Basics
Math, reading and writing, science, geography, and language. Elementary school students spend these years mastering the skills necessary to succeed in an academic environment, while learning foundational lessons about a wide breadth of subjects. Students at All Saints Catholic experience personalized education that allows them to build a strong foundation and discover basic truths about how the world works.
Shaping Identity
As your student develops from a preschooler to a fifth-grader, much will change — including their ability to reason, their choices in friends, and how they express their personality and learning preferences. The faith-based classroom is the perfect place for growing students to explore their academic abilities and their identities in Christ. Students will enjoy discovering new social situations, after-school activities, and more.
Finding Favorites
Your student may have already declared a favorite subject — be it computer lab, history, or even recess. As elementary students learn more every day, they naturally develop preferences and skills in particular subject areas. These ‘favorites’ may change throughout your student’s academic career, and we are well equipped to guide your student through this period of exploration and discovery.
