Middle/High School News: Student Lounge
Dear All Saints Families,
We have an exciting new project at All Saints Catholic. Our students shared an interest in creating a student lounge for our high school students to enjoy. Under the guidance of 11th grade student, Kaitlynn, high school art students, and Miss Amy, this idea is becoming a reality. We look forward to posting pictures so our community can follow how the room will transform and become a place for our high schoolers to recharge.
We are especially grateful for the generous donations that have made this possible. If you have any items that could be used for this space or for the development of this project, we are more than thankful for your help and generosity.

Principal’s Corner
Dear ASCE Families,
This has been a short, but a very full week! We celebrated Halloween on Monday with a wonderful parade; the children had amazing costumes! A very big thank you to Father Steve for coming to school Monday morning to bless all of our students with a wonderful Halloween blessing.
Yesterday, for the Solemnity of All Saints, we celebrated a beautiful Mass along with middle school and high school staff and students.
The Knights of Columbus brought an icon of St. Joseph to be displayed at church. Before Mass, Dr. Osborn from the Diocese shared
information with the children about the icon. Thank you to Mr. Bauer from the K of C for sharing the icon of St. Joseph with our
students.
As a reminder, we do not have school tomorrow or Friday. We wish all of our staff safe travels as they head to Lansing for MANS 2022
Education Conference.
Many Blessings,
Mrs. Rhodus

A big thank you to Adelaila Costilla and the 2nd grade class for their idea of the very successful Socktober sock drive. Also, a big thank you to
Sophia Wiegand who organized a sock drive at Bonnie’s Sewing Center, anyone who donated there was entered into a drawing. At the end of her
sock drive, she drew 3 names and each person won a quilt kit. As a result she added a significant amount of socks to the fourth grade collection of
socks. A big thank you to everyone who participated, it was an amazing fundraiser! Socks were delivered to the St. James’s jail ministry sock drive,

With the decline of young families attending church and with so much evil and hate in this world today, we need God now more than ever. It is our responsibility as Catholics to go to church weekly. By doing so, we set good examples for our children and do our part to lead them in the direction of Christ our savior. Attending church as a family is so important and rewarding. It helps to create a special bond between you and God and between your family members. Children need to know and understand the importance of going to church consistently and having a relationship with God. There are many mass options to accommodate busy lifestyles. So please take a little time out of your busy lives each week to grow closer to God and to enjoy mass as a family.
