All Saints Catholic School is excited to welcome Dan Laabs as our new Elementary School Principal!

Mr. Laabs brings a wealth of experience in education, school administration, teaching, and community leadership to All Saints. His career in education includes serving as a Chief Academic Officer, Assistant Chief Academic Officer, middle school teacher, and most recently, a long-term 5th grade substitute teacher.

As a school leader, Mr. Laabs has worked to strengthen curriculum, increase enrollment, develop classroom management programs, support students with diverse learning needs, and build strong partnerships with families and the community. During his time as Chief Academic Officer, he helped increase enrollment from 265 to 385 students and successfully expanded the school’s preschool program.

Mr. Laabs also brings extensive leadership and community experience from his 12 years with Midland County Habitat for Humanity, where he served as ReStore Manager and held leadership roles with the Michigan ReStore Council.

With a Master’s degree in Education Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix, Daniel is excited to begin this new chapter with the All Saints community.

Please join us in giving Mr. Laabs a warm All Saints welcome! We look forward to the leadership, experience, and passion for education he will bring to our elementary students, families, and staff.
